Lumetry is free to try without an account, and the free plan is free forever — you can evaluate everything that matters before paying. Please do: it's why we don't offer refunds.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal — the link is in every receipt email. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for; no further charges after that. Your account then continues on the free plan and your local edits are untouched.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions, renewals, or lifetime licenses, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction (for example, certain EU/UK consumer protections). If you believe a charge is an error (duplicate charge, charged after cancellation), contact SUPPORT_EMAIL_PLACEHOLDER and we'll fix it.
Avoiding unwanted renewals
Receipt emails include the renewal date and a one-click portal link — cancel any time before renewal and you won't be charged again.
